Can i change my school(cbse) while i am in 12th?.?

i have been studying in a school since almost 5 years and now that i am in 12th ....i am completely fed up of this school.....This is the year in which i want to make a good career by scoring good percentage in 12th but because of the regular extra - curricular activities in the school...i am not able to study...also the faculty,i have realised is also not that good....so i just want to switch over to another cbse school...can i do so??...please help...its urgent..1!.:(
