Does the Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly line work?

I have shoulder length wavy hair *points to profile picture*. When its wet it's alright but it tends to get frizzy. I use leave in conditioner and that helps a bit. I recently stopped straightening it and was looking for products that will help tame it. I've tried scrunching my hair with different products but it doesn't stay very long. Do any of you ladies use the Tousle Me Softly range of products ( on wavy hair) and does it work? If so would you recommend using the shampoo and conditioner as well as the regular styling products?
