How hard is a Vogue Advanced Sewing Pattern?

Hey, I wanted to start a new sewing project before I head off to college in the fall. I have a decent amount of experience, I am 18 and I have been sewing since I was 12, I have made most of my prom/homecoming dresses as well as many Halloween costumes for myself and my siblings. To do these advanced pattens do you need to be a professional tailor or around that level to complete it successfully? Or is being fairly experienced home seamstress fine.
