What are some products that can make my hair curly?

My hair is very, very curly. However, its also frizzy. When it dries, it gets all big and frizzy. Therefore, I use this product from Herbal Essences called 'tousle me softly'. It works great, but there's one thing; its really sticky. When I spray it on, it gets on my neck and makes it sticky, along with my fingers. Are there any products that are quick, easy, and not sticky that will keep my hair from getting big while keeping it curly? I am not a fan of Herbal Essences scrunching gel. Thanks ;)
