During winter break I ate only oranges for a week and dropped from 148 pounds to 135 and have kept the weight off easily. I was thinking of doing a carrot only diet for a week, does it work? And don't say the orange only diet is bad, with vitamins, supplements and protein powder it's healthy for just doing a week. Afterwards you start with small meals while working up to regular meals and working out. And no I did not lose only muscle that I lost, my fat percentage went down and I was a looot skinnier. I'm 20 and 5'5.
