Best scrunching mousse?

Hey Guys.... I need help I like to scrunch my hair but i need a better mousse right now I use pantene Pro V curl defining mousse extra hold or herbal essences tousle me sofely flexiable hold they work ok but I need something better!!!! what should I use??? Something cheap( and when I say cheap I mean under $8) and something I can Get at CVS or wal-mart or something like that. Please help thanks!!!! : )
