How can i get pretty hair with just mousse?

i just bought the tousle me softly mousse from herbal essences. my hair is like a mixture of flat, wavy, curly, and flipped. its complicated. but can i get a beautiful, silky, tousled look with only the mousse or do i need the shampoo and conditioner to get the full effect? any advice?
