How do i get my hair to be soft and touchable?

i have black medium layered hair its wavy/curly more on the beach waves side but its not thick or thin its pretty normal and i was wondering what styling product can i use that will make my hair touchable and give it sort of that tousled look but also tames frizz and doesn't have crunch to it i'm open to more high end brands but drugstore wouldn't be bad also! ;D
