I was wondering what the best way to lower my body fat percentage below 7%. I am 155 pounds and 5' 9", 7% body fat. I eat average of 3500 to 4000 calories daily and protein 100g to 160g daily. I eat healthy (all white meats, no fried foods, no white breads) and work out every other day then run the next day. What can i add to or improve to this to lower my body fat percentage to 4% or so
