Sertral-Setraline, given for better but is it?

Hi, I'm 23 years old guy, I have ocd and depression as well, I was taking Arvifax 75 and Paroxetine, but I met a girl and I couldn't function sexually so I went to my doctor and he told me to stop Paroxetine and to take Sertral (Sertraline), so I won't have problems, the thing is that I just found out on a site that sertraline has 67% percentage of decresed libido, so why my doctor would give me again a pill that causes what paroxetine did? to be honest I haven't tried to have sex yet, since I took it, but is it true? does sertraline cause decreased libido? and if yes, which medicine should I suggesti him next time? thanks
