Will this Herbal Essances spray gel dry out my hair?

I went through a phase where I used Suav mousse on my hair everyday scrunching it. Eventually it dried out my hair really bad. :/ ISo then I used Treseme hydration creme and towel dried my hair for a couple months. Well I just got my hair cut and it looks super healthy! But I'm scared if I use this "tousle me soflty" hair spray gel that it'll dry my hair...i have frizzy hair that gets dry easily without or with certain products that are supposed to HELP wavy frizzy dry hair.
